Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement.
Incorrect Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a return, refund, or exchange.
Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you may return the product within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: We will review your request and issue a return authorization number along with instructions for returning the product.
Package the Item: Return the item in its original packaging, unused, and with all labels/tags intact. Include the order number or proof of purchase in the package.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you’re requesting an exchange, we will deliver the replacement product within 8 to 10 days after receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
Opened or Used Spiritual Products: For hygiene and energy integrity, items like Rudraksha malas, crystals, and other spiritual tools cannot be returned once opened or used.
Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been made to order or customized as per your request are not eligible for return.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to initiate a return after delivery.
